Terms & Cancellation

These general terms apply to taxi, tempo traveller, bus and tour package bookings made with Savera Tour & Travels. The quotation or confirmation we send for your specific trip is the final record of price, inclusions and conditions, and it takes priority over this page. Last updated: October 2026.

Quotes and prices

Starting prices shown on package pages are indicative per-person estimates and can change with season, hotel category, group size and availability. A booking is confirmed only when we send a written confirmation and receive the agreed advance.

Inclusions and exclusions

Each quotation states what is included, such as vehicle, hotels or meals. Personal expenses, entry tickets, activity costs, tips and anything not listed in the quotation are not included unless written in it.

Payment

The advance amount and the balance schedule are given in your quotation. Please confirm the payment details with our team directly and keep the payment receipt.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation charges depend on the type of booking and on what has already been paid to hotels, drivers and other suppliers. The applicable cancellation terms for your trip are stated in your quotation or confirmation. Please inform us as early as possible by call or WhatsApp; refunds, where due, are processed after supplier charges are deducted.

Changes and delays

Itineraries can change because of weather, road or border conditions, permits, local restrictions or other factors outside our control. We will tell you about material changes and try to offer a suitable alternative. Additional costs caused by such changes may apply.

Cross-border travel

For Nepal trips, travellers are responsible for carrying valid identity documents as required at the time of crossing and for following border and vehicle rules. Our guides explain the usual documents, but requirements can change, so please verify them before departure.

Traveller responsibility

Please carry valid ID, follow local laws and guidance from your driver and guide, and take care of personal belongings and health needs. For high-altitude or pilgrimage routes, check your fitness and carry any medicines you need.
